Fee Waiver

Fee Waiver applications are now available on Optimize. Please visit the Fee Waiver website to review eligibility information, submission deadlines, and other important information. Spring 27' Waivers are now being accepted. Fee Waiver Website

Benefits Eligibility

Benefits eligibility is based on appointment length and time base. Most appointments must exceed six months and one day at .50 or greater. Academic-year lecturers and coaches qualify with a one-semester appointment at .40 or greater.

Employees averaging 130 hours per month (.75 FTE) may qualify for health benefits under the ACA.

Complete the Benefits Enrollment Form within 60 days of eligibility.

Common Human Resources System (CHRS)

The Common Human Resources System (CHRS) is a single Human Resources data management system that will serve all 23 California State University campuses and the Chancellor’s Office. CHRS is built on PeopleSoft 9.2, enhanced with CSU-specific improvements to support shared processes and consistent data across the system.
