FI$Cal - On-Line Bids/Supplier Registration
Fresno State uses an on-line formal bidding and supplier registration process called FI$Cal (CaleProcure). A Current on-line listing of Fresno State formal bids is available, and is open to registered suppliers. If not registered, a supplier will need to register before being given access to view bids.
CSUBUY Supplier Portal
Fresno State uses an on-line formal bidding and supplier registration process called CSUBUY. A Current on-line listing of Fresno State formal bids is available, and is open to registered suppliers by clicking here. If not registered, a supplier will need to register before being given access to view bids.
Unison (formerly FedBid) - Reverse Auctions Registration
Fresno State sometimes uses an on-line reverse auction service for informal and formal bid requirements on Unison. A supplier can register with Unison, at no cost, to see Fresno State available reverse auctions.
Parking
Metered parking is available in parking lot V off of Barstow. A daily parking permit can also be purchased from a permit dispenser for a one-day permit to park in any green student parking lot.

Office Hours and Appointments
Procurement is open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, except on designated University holidays. While appointments are not required with the buyers, it is to the supplier's advantage to make an appointment in advance to permit uninterrupted discussions.
