Disputes/Protests
Fresno State encourages potential respondents to resolve issues regarding the requirements or the procurement process through written correspondence and discussions. Fresno State wishes to foster cooperative relationships and to reach a fair agreement in a timely manner. The protesting proposer shall submit a full and complete written statement detailing the facts in support of the protest. Protest must be sent by certified or registered mail, or delivered in person.

Within a reasonable time after receipt of the written statement of protest, Fresno State will provide a decision on the matter. The decision will be in writing and sent by certified or registered mail, facsimile, or delivered in person to the protesting respondent. The decision of Fresno State is final
