University Policies & Procedures
Provides a comprehensive reference of the most current university-wide, administrative policies issued by California State University, Fresno. A policy is established by the University President in consultation with faculty, managers, and students depending on the nature of the policy. The University Policies Manual (UPM) is updated as new or revised policies are issued and is subject to change at any time. The policies apply to academic, administrative, research, and service units.

Whistleblower PolicyCampus Security Report (Clery Act)
The Annual Security Report (ASR) is prepared and published by staff members of the Fresno State Police Department and is provided in compliance with the 1998 Jeanne Clery Disclosure Act, and California Education Code section 67380. This report includes important information about institutional policies and procedures; personal safety and crime prevention programs; how to report suspicious and criminal activity; and required Clery Act crime statistics for the previous three calendar years.
