Military Leave
The CSU provides for military leave.
Usage
A copy of the military orders must be submitted to Payroll Services. Please refer to the CBA for more information on Military Leave. There are three types of Military Leave:

| A military leave of absence for ordered active duty not to exceed 180 calendar days (6 months), including travel time. | A military leave of absence for ordered active duty for a period of more than six months. Following the end of active service, the employee must return to work. | A military leave of absence for ordered active duty for a member of the National Guard that is deployed by the Governor by proclamation of a state of emergency |
