Master Administrator and Fund Sponsors
The Master Administrator
AIG Retirement Services Company (AIG Retirement) is the Master Administrator for the TSA Program. AIG Retirement is responsible for simplifying enrollment and providing a central place from which you can direct your contributions to the fund sponsor(s) you elect. In addition, AIG Retirement will provide you with a snapshot of your overall account information, no matter which fund sponsor(s) you choose. This includes indicating the amounts available to you for loans and hardship withdrawals. The CSU chose AIG Retirement as the Master Administrator based on the company s proven track record in that role, especially with other institutions of higher learning. In addition, AIG Retirement has a well-established suite of technology tools to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
