Special Events

There are certain requirements that need to be met if you are having a special event on campus. Please see the Policy on Use of University Buildings and Grounds for detailed information.

The following is a list of campus departments you may need to contact as you plan your event:

  • Facilities Management/Plant Operations
  • University Police/Parking and Transportation Services
  • Office of Environmental Health and Safety and Risk Management
  • University Dining Services
  • Scheduling Office
