Environmental Health, Safety, and Risk Management


The Office of Environmental Health & Safety and Risk Managment maintains a program to deal with the specific issues of biohazardous waste and bloodborne pathogens.

Regularly scheduled pick-ups of biohazardous waste generated on campus are made from specified drop-off locations.  For more information on the removal of biohazardous waste, contact EHS/RM at 559.278.7422.

Training on dealing with biohazardous waste and bloodborne pathogens is available for university employees through EHS/RM.  For more information on obtaining training, contact EHS/RM at 559.278.7422.
