Winning With A Healthy Lifestyle
Fridays, 10:00 to 10:50 a.m.,  Family Food Science 105

Have you ever experienced how altering the pattern you breathe improves your state of mind? Come experience the intimate link between our breath and our emotions. During the session, we will do some light gentle stretches and guided meditation. Come prepared to leave this 30-minute virtual session afresh, anywhere you are!

Pilates
Tuesdays, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., Libray 3212

Stemming from the bodies core, repetitive movements will build strength. We will practice breath control, balance and improve flexibility.

Jazz Cardio, Strength and Stretch
Wednesdays, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., South Gym 133
Fridays, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., Libray 3212

A stretch and strengthening warm-up with body conditioning, floor barre and modern Jazz dance geared to bring fun, clarity and focus.
