Spring 2023
Pilates
Tuesdays, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., Libray 3212
Stemming from the bodies core, repetitive movements will build strength. We will practice
breath control, balance and improve flexibility.
Jazz Cardio, Strength and Stretch
Wednesdays, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., South Gym 133
A stretch and strengthening warm-up with body conditioning, floor barre and modern
Jazz dance geared to bring fun, clarity and focus.
Winning With A Healthy Lifestyle
Fridays, 10:00 to 10:50 a.m., Family Food Science 105
Have you ever experienced how altering the pattern you breathe improves your state
of mind? Come experience the intimate link between our breath and our emotions. During
the session, we will do some light gentle stretches and guided meditation. Come prepared
to leave this 30-minute virtual session afresh, anywhere you are!
Stretch and Strength
Fridays, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., Libray 3212/Zoom
Prepare your body with correct stretching that will target muscle groups and send
blood flow to promote ease in conditioning and strengthening. Complementing the Pilates
and Jazz class, this stretch and strength class will replenish all areas of the body,
condition them and invigorate you while mentally preparing for the weekend.
Virtual Workouts
