The Manager’s Road Map
Embark on a journey to effective leadership with our Manager's Road Map training series, guiding you through two comprehensive programs: Principles of Supervision and MPP 101.
Principles of Supervision (PoSP)
A professional development program for CSU supervisors, covering key topics like communication, motivation, implicit bias, team culture, and performance management. Managers will enhance their leadership skills and understanding of best practices through learning, discussion, practice, and reflection, enabling them to lead effective, engaged teams. Participants are required to attend all scheduled training sessions to successfully complete the course.

MPP 101
A training program for MPP employees at Fresno State, focusing on managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance evaluation, with a compliance emphasis. Participants can select the training topic(s) that matter most to their development and the date options that fit their schedule. There are two training opportunities per topic.

track is open to all employees who wish to expand and develop their supervisory and
leadership skills. Select a class (noted by *) to engage in ongoing supervisory development
aligned with the CSU PoSP.
