Activity classes and ongoing physical wellness programs help support a healthy and high performing workforce. These programs change every semester so watch out for new content and sign-ups.

Sprint 2025

Session 1: February 4 to February 27

Dance Fitness

Tuesdays & Thursday, 12:10 to 1:00 p.m., South Gym 109
Do you need some cardio but don't prefer doing something too repetitive? Well then dance is perfect for you! This class is a follow along with instructor style of dancing, with several variations of movement for those who are newer to dance and those who are more experienced. Expect to have your heart pumping, your body sweating, and your spirit soaring!

Session 2: March 1 to March 27

Pilates Flow

All the goodness of Pilates with a Yoga flow component! This class focuses on mindful connection between mind and body while using that connection to intentionally work on core muscles and build a foundation for a healthy body!

Session 3: April 1 - May 8

Spicy Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:10 to 1:00 p.m., South Gym 109
Yoga with some fuego!!! This class will get your body glowing with heat from the inside out! Combining Yoga flows with Latin dances provides a way to intentionally focus on protecting then strengthening the body through hyper-awareness and movement connected to breath and then taking it into "practice" with some brain teaseling Latin movements! This style of practice keeps us on our toes and will give you the fire to tackle any challenge!
