Activity classes and ongoing physical wellness programs help support a healthy and high performing workforce. These programs change every semester so watch out for new content and sign-ups.

This one’s for all my active movers who want a fun, low-impact dance party that boosts your balance, heart health, and smiles. A lower-intensity version of the popular Zumba fitness program; easy moves, great vibes! Let's groove and feel amazing together!

Pilates with Cassy

Build strength, improve posture, and move with greater control — all through focused, equipment-free Pilates. My classes emphasize core stability, alignment, and intentional movement in a supportive, beginner-friendly space.

CIRCL Mobility® by Zumba®

Blends gentle joint movements, breathwork, and soothing music to boost blood circulation, lymph drainage, joint lubrication, enhance flexibility, and restore balance. This mindful class helps you move better, reduce stress, and feel renewed—perfect for all levels.
