Zumba Gold®

This one’s for all my active movers who want a fun, low-impact dance party that boosts
your balance, heart health, and smiles. A lower-intensity version of the popular Zumba
fitness program; easy moves, great vibes! Let's groove and feel amazing together!

Winning With A Healthy Lifestyle

Fridays, 10:00 to 10:50 a.m., Family Food Science 105
Led by Dr. Lisa Herzig, this program offers a holistic approach to reclaiming your health through nutrition coaching and exercise planning, giving you support and tools to cultivate a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Weekly micro-sessions cover bite-sized, actionable topics such as mindful eating,
hydration,
meal planning, stress management, and smart snacking. Participants can also choose
from
various participation packages, ranging from education-only sessions (in-person or
via Zoom) to
options that include personalized dietary feedback, biometrics, and advanced body
composition
and metabolism testing.

Pilates with Cassy

Build strength, improve posture, and move with greater control — all through focused,
equipment-free Pilates. My classes emphasize core stability, alignment, and intentional
movement in a supportive, beginner-friendly space.

CIRCL Mobility® by Zumba®

Blends gentle joint movements, breathwork, and soothing music to boost blood circulation,
lymph drainage, joint lubrication, enhance flexibility, and restore balance. This
mindful class helps you move better, reduce stress, and feel renewed—perfect for all
levels.
