Healthy Enough to Serve

Coach QThis keynote presentation is an engaging and motivational exploration of how prioritizing personal well-being enables individuals to better serve themselves, their organization, and the greater community. We don't leave our emotions at the door when we come into work or when we arrive home. Throughout the presentation, Coach Q engages his audience with interactive demonstrations, storytelling, and motivational anecdotes, reviewing the emotions we bring to work and how those emotions affect behaviors, responses to change, performance, and interactions with others in the workplace and in our lives. He creates a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, empowering attendees to take ownership of their health and make positive changes. He offers concrete suggestions for improving mental, physical, and emotional health via a Toolkit for Improved Wellness. Discover the tools needed and how to master them to be healthy enough to serve.
