What to Bring

On your first day, please bring the following items with you to the orientation.

Valid Identification

By law, we must verify your employment eligibility on your first day of work. Remember to bring acceptable valid identification, such as your Passport or your Driver's License and Social Security Card. Original, unexpired documents are required. Visit the USCIS I-9 website for a comprehensive list of acceptable documents.

Original Social Security Card

All newly hired employees of the State of California, including those in California State University system, are required to present an original social security card to the University’s Payroll Office. 

Direct Deposit Information

If you are interested in setting up direct deposit, you'll need to have your bank's routing number and your account number.
