Impacts of Fire - Employee Assistance

Please refer to the recent campus communication regarding wildfire impacts as we want to ensure that our faculty and staff are safe in the event that they may have been evacuated or have experienced any personal losses.
If you know of someone who has had to evacuate or has lost internet connectivity or power due to the fires, please have them fill out this Wildfire Impact Form or you may fill it out for them. These forms will be sent directly to Amy Luna, our Emergency Preparedness Manager who will also share with each respective Division Vice President so that we are able to identify any potential resources that may be needed to assist our colleagues.
Please encourage your faculty and staff to fill out the online form and to contact their supervising manager so that we know that they are safe. If they are in need of temporary shelter or household items, we will explore possible options.
