Zumba

Tuesdays & Thursday, 11:30 to 12:30 p.m., South Gym 133
Join us for Zumba, a dance-fitness party inspired by global rhythms, where fun meets
fitness, where every hour is a journey! Whether you have a half hour or the full hour,
each half is a complete rhythm-packed experience with no repeats. We’ll blend classic
Zumba energy with Zumba Gold options, so you can go all in, add a bounce, keep it
gentle with smaller movements, or even groove from a chair, all levels encouraged!
Come for the first half, the second half, or the full hour; every moment is a fresh
flow, and the party never stops!

Pilates

Mat Pilates is a dynamic practice that builds core strength, postural alignment, and
precise control, all on your mat, so bring yours along! In this class, two half-hour
segments flow together. You can join for one half-hour segment or stay for the full
hour. Each session focuses on stability, controlled movement, and intentional breath,
leaving you centered, strong, and fully connected to your body’s power.
