State Contracted Airfare Program YCAL
Fresno State is a participant in the State negotiated discount airfare program known as YCAL. The program offers considerably lower than comparable commercial fares for several city-pairs, also known as destinations, for travel within California (intrastate), out-of-state and a few international destinations.
What are the Advantages of the Program?

Who can use it?
State-contracted airfare is for use by Fresno State Employees traveling on official government or university business. Airfare is booked through CALTravelStore.
City-Pair Rates
The airfares are shown as one-way to allow for multiple destinations. Airfares are valid in either direction. Airfares do not include airline taxes and fees, fuel surcharges, passenger facility charges, segment, baggage, and passenger security fees.
Contracted rates are from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. The amount reflects a one-way fare in either direction, and does not include airline taxes and fees. All fares are designated as YCAL and Capacity Controlled in airline computer reservation systems. Capacity Controlled Fares have a limited number of seats, but no other restrictions.
